We have awarded a Govt. Job (Water Pipe Line) by a principal Contracor. We are sub contractor. The Job is exempted for service tax for princil Contractor. Same job we have executed back to back basis.

Please tell for that job we have also exampted for service tax or not.

If we are not exampted can we charged service tax to our client.

can i know whether students who have cleared pe2 in may 2008. and i registerd for final(new) and for my prectical trainning as on 18-12-2010and .So whether am I eligible for the november 2010 exam as per the new circular.Pls reply as soon as possible
