I want to know about the NCFM course. i had cleared CS executive grp 1 and will be appearing for grp 2 this december. so i want to know that what is the time period required to prepare 4 this course and out of so many modules how many and which modules will be good along with CS.

amd one more thing i want to ask that it is mentioned in NSE website in module details that a particular module will be valid for 3 yrs 0r 5 yrs. so my question is whether after these 3 or 5 yrs the certicate awarded to us lose its value or there is some renewal required ???

I have a query regarding when to seek ICAI's permission to do an additional course. I am writing CPT this dec. My situation is that i want to concentrate more on CS and MBL so i just want to clear IPCC both groups with good marks and then think about articleship after i have completed CS program. So i wanted to know whether i should seek permission from ICAI after clearing CPT or after clearing IPCC i.e. during the time of articleship?? i m goin to enrol for M.com and CS in a week's time..

Dear Experts,
Is it necessary to put notes on accounts to a firm which has to be tax audited if it is a level II firm?
I thought that notes on accounts is necessary only for companies.
Please also provide me as per which section or circular (i.e. legal back up) notes on accounts is necessary even for level II firms.

The partner i am registered under has resigned as a partner and he wants to transfer me under the other partner in the same firm in which he was the partner. So what is the procedure to be done by him and me.
Kindly help soon, because he resigned since april.

Hii all,

I am now student of final cleared in may'10 securing AIR 22. Now i wish to go to delhi for good traning but can't go for more than 1 year b'coz of Ban on transfer. Currently i m working at firm in jaipur with very low exposure in audits......

Also institute has allowed to give attempt 6 months earlier which will be due in nov'11. If I go on to delhi it would not be possible to clear in at least 2 attempt for me truly.

But if i live in Jaipur i can pass finals and then move forward for corporate exposure.


Please i need sum serious advice.

Any easy way to remember the sections and the case laws as there are innumerable caselaws and sections
