I have passed PE II- Gr II. I have converted into IPCC. As per notification repective subjet exemption available for students. But What is Passing Crieteria for IPCC? Whether marks of PE II considered for Total Of 200 for Gr I & Gr II, 150. Or Aggregate of other subjects will be 200?

Please note that I cleared my CA Final group in around 1992 and I last appeared for my CA Final 2nd group attempt in Nov 1999. I would now again like to appear to clear my exams to become a qualified CA. What do I need to do in current curriculam scenario as a next step to clear my exams. I am based out of Hyderabad now while I cleared my Inter and CA Final 1st group from Delhi.

If any foreign company comes in India and if it established its subsidiary company in India, then what is the nature of that subsidiary company. If it is registered under the Indian Companies Act, then is it remain a foreign company or Indian Company?
