we hv raised bill on the customer on 25th of march and certain part of WCT vl be deducted and paid by the customer and the balance part vl be paid by us. But we are not sure whether the customer has paid the amt to revenue or not before 21st april. So in this case how we hv to show in the return.In case if he the customer has not paid then what consequences we hv to face and how we can show in the return.pls clarify....

Can I join CS 16 months practicle training ?

Being a pharmaceutical company, very often we have to do meeting/conference with the field staff. For that purpose, we normally book a hotel. The charges payable to the hotel includes Room booking charges, conference hall charges & equipment charges ( Mike, projector etc). Now the question is:-

- Whether the above transaction attracts TDS or not...?
- If yes, then under what section...?

Please note that, to be on the safer side, we have been deducting TDS on such transactions.

Request you to clarify the above issues to have clarity at our end

My articleship regn. date is 25-02-2008 will be completing on 25-08-2011....
So my ques. is whether i can give
May'2011 Final xam as per latest amendments and notifications ???????

I am student of CA Final New Course and took excess leave during the articleship. and now i am completing my extention. now i want to know whether any leave are alowed to me during such period or not??

2) Leave Taken(I have Every Saturday & Sunday OFF).
3) Maximum leave available
4) Set off available for late working & working on Saturday & Sunday (Sometime).

I passed out CS exams at first go..
But, I failed in CA Final old course for 3 times..
Now with under 2 months to go for exams, how can I prepare myself for the upcoming November attempt for CA Final Old Course?

My weak subjects are Accounting, MICS, IDT...

I love solving problems of MAFA, but I am unable to deliver the same in exams..

Audit, Law, Costing, is not a major problem. I can cope up with them.

DT is very much unpredictable.

Its not that I am disheartened or so, but running low on confidence. Thoughts come to my mind to skip this attempt and go directly for the May'11 attempt.

My marks for May'10 exams were:

Law-51
Costing-48

IDT-43

Please help me out.
