I am doing articleship in Dadar from last 1 1/2 yrs but now due to family responsibility i want to take tranfer.i know all the transer rule but it must for me to take transer.
I am thinking terminate my articleship now & will rejoin the artcleship will the period served as article will be considered after rejoin of articleship.
can i rejoin articleship another firm due above reason. its urgent sir...

I am due for giving my IPCC Nov exams. I filled the exam registration form for both groups but i want to appear only in the second group now.

Will this affect my results? I mean will my passing marks be calculated out of 700 or 300?

I am a B Com Graduate and have passed my final in the year 2006. Now I want to take admission in the CA course.
Please tell when i will have to take admission for the exam to be held in May 2011 and also in which level.

I have completed 2 1/2 yrs of training and have attempted in May'09 for PCC.
My registration for PCC was made in March'2007. I want to know that how long I can attempt for PCC exams and when my registration will be expired.

I have registered ipcc for this november, 2010 on the basis of pe2 old registration number(Conversion fee: RS. 1500 Paid), still i didn't get any study material from icai. I believe there is no november 2010 attempt for me. Still i didn't get hall ticket from icai. Can any one help me on this please.........

The Developer received booking amount from the Flat Holder of Rs. 100,000/- and Service Tax @2.757% of Rs. 2757/- and Service Tax deposited in Government Account. After six month the said Flat Holder cancel the Flat and Developer return Rs. 102757/- to the Flat Holder.

Now my question is.. Can the Developer take credit of Rs. 2757/-? Or What is the Effect on Account book?
