Hi!! I am doing my ipcc. i am going to write my exam n may 2011. I ve hardly 6 months to prepare. i dont know how to prepare n concentrate n theory subjects like auditing, Law etc. plz guide me.

I am a CA Final student and i had my attempt in may. Still there are 5 months of articleship remaining to be completed. But i am not in a position to tolerate my boss for this 5 months. I joined him 1 year back taking transfer from earlier principal. He was good but he shout and insult articles in the manner that they are huamn beings. I ignored it everytym thinking he shout bcoz of work but now he started to blame me that i make ... relations with his client to impress him. I cant tolerate this anymore. Can i take transfer on any ground? Any solution to leave him? Please advice

whether a seperate share certificate is issued by a co to its shareholder holding both the equity and prref. shares for eq and pref. shares ???


and one more thing if a shareholder has 50 shares of a co then the co will issue a single sh. certificate for all these 50 shares or 50 sep sh. certificates for each share ???

Dear All,

I have cleared my gr I in CAPEII and have to write my gr II under IPCC in May 2011 as per the new notification of ICAI. My query is I have completed my compulsory computer training in CS executive programme in NIIT. Whether I must do the same in CA also (100 hrs CCT) or I can write the exam alone.
What will be the cost to be paid to CA Institute in this regard.

I just passed PE-II. My 3 year articleship started from September 2010.
My final is due on nov. 2012 after complitition of 2 year of articleship.
Is it any provision that i can give my final exams before that............???
