i finished my syllabus i want to do revision i gave mock test ont his site and got 70% avg on this site so how should i do my revision and plz tell for account espcialyyy. plzz help

Suppose there is a charitable society registered under the Societies Registration Act, which runs many educational & medical institutions. The society files a single return of income for the above said activities.
Now my query is as follows:
For the purpose of the term 'establishment' used in the Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, whether the limit of 20 employees should be considered for each institution separately or for the society as a whole ?

If the asset is acquired in the starting of year and NOT USED for the full year. Is depreciation is allowable at the end of that year as per both Companies Act 1956 and Income Tax.

hoping to clear it....

bt as i have 2 months break so i need ur extert advise that:
1. SHOULD I JOIN FINAL CLASSES NOW , DOES SYLABBUS CHANGES FREQUENTLY
2. EVEN IF IT CHANGES ARE TAKING TUITIONS GUD AS I AM FREE 2-3 MONTHS
3. WHICH SUBJECT BOOK I CAN PURCHASE NOW FOR SELF STUDY...WHOSE SYLLABUS DOESNOT CHANGES FREQUENTLY...LIKE LAW OR AUDIT

Hi, i wrote my Final exams in November 2010 but my performance was not up to the mark. I am planning to start my prepration for CA FInal May 2011 from next month itself cos i wanna clear in May 2011 badly. My Query is that which book shall i use for IDT? I used Yogendra Bangar's book for Nov 2010 but found the language of the book and volume too heavy for me to take. Can anyone suggest an alternate IDT book where the language is simple and which will help me to both way .i.e acquire knowledge as well as prepare from the exam point of view in a short period of time??
