A lab technician(not a qualified doctor) is running a hospital having gross receipt of around 24 Lakhs. The hospital is run by the salary paid doctors employed under him. For the lab technician,are the hospital receipts income from business or profession? Is he liable to get tax audit done?

Hello Sir.
I have my final attempt in may, 2011.

I use this small tip of a friend in writing exams which is:
I go a few minutes before the question paper is given, take my answer sheet and then I turn to the last page of the answer sheet, put the heading as rough and write down the accounting standards(or auditing standards for audit paper) in serial order in that one page.
This helps me to save some time in that I need not recollect the AS number and its heading every time I have to quote it, I can just turn to that page and refer. Also there won't be any mis-quoting the wrong AS in hurry.

I want to know whether this practice is allowed as far as the evaluation is concerned. Whether it gives out any negative signs or it is ok?

Respected Sir, My Query is regarding filing of Form 112. Sir i had completed my B.com through regular college mode, & for that i already had submitted form 112. in august 2010 i had apllied for registration for a Correspondance Mcom and in the same month i also registered for my CS Executive. now the query is whether i should fill 2 forms for both the cource or for only CS.

Sir i want to take transfer for better exposer but i dont have any valid reason like t/f of my parents etc. but sure that my principle will allow me for the same i m also expecting that i will join beyond 50 Km criteria fixed by institute so pls guide me on which reason institute allow such t/f n whats d procedure for d same
