what are the procedures for transferring or allotting shares from private limited company to overseas citizen of India?

Where to send the Form 108??
FOR PCC student 3 years and 6 months training is required but in the form 108, columns are present only for info. regarding 3 years, so where to write the remaining period details??


Please help me out. No instructions are available on ICAI site for filling up this form.

hi, i just want to know about the conversion of old course to new course.i know about the conversion form but yesterday i contacted the institute they told me that the process of automatic conversion is under cosideration and the decision was awaited. is that true or not.
