This is regarding the recent notification regarding 15 extra minutes for reading Questions.

My query is whether the the candidates will be given the answer sheets also in those 15 minutes or just the question papers?

That is, will the candidate be allowed to start writing in those 15 minutes or just reading of question paper is allowed without making available the answer sheets?

DEAR SIR, PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:-

(1) WHETHER PENCIL OR BLACK PEN CAN BE USED TO UNDERLINE ANY SECTION/RULE/CASE LAW IN EXAM? IF YES, WHICH CAN BE USED PENCIL OR BLACK PEN?





(2) ARE THE TOPICS, WHICH ARE DELETED IN JAN-2011 EDITION OF MODULE BY BOARD OF STUDIES APPLICABLE FOR EXAM?





(3) THERE ARE MANY SECTIONS AND CASE LAWS. SUPPOSE IN A QUESTION(ASKED IN EXAM), I DON'T KNOW THE APPLICABE SECTION/CASE LAW/ RULE. IN THAT CASE, WHICH TERM CAN BE USED FROM THE FOLLOWING:-


(a) AS PER RELEVANT PROVISIONS OF INCOME TAX ACT(example), OR


(b) AS PER RELEVANT PROVISIONS OF INCOME TAX LAWS.




I KNOW THAT NAME OF SECTION/CASE LAW IS NECESSARY. BUT IN ANY CASE, SUPPOSE I DON'T KNOW.


PLEASE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Would amendments by finance act 2011 which are applicable from this assessment year..(before 30 May) be a part of our 2011 Nov syllabus..

Also is it common for a finance act to provide for so many amendments from the current A.Y......is this the usual case...
