I AM A CA FINAL STUDENT I HAVE REGISTERED FOR CA FINAL MAY 2012 ATTEMPT IN SEPTEMBER 2010. BUT WE HAVE RECEIVED OLD MODULES THE MODULES WERE REVISED IN OCTOBER 2010. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO GET NEW MODULES? WHETHER ANY PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO BE MADE FOR THE SAME?

There was a recent notification exempting service tax on commercial coaching centres which leads to attainment of recognised degree or professinal qualification. In this regard, can CA coaching centres take benefit of this notification and stop collecting/paying service tax?
