I was PE II student & I have cleared PE II 1st Group, latter on we were converted in IPCE and given exam under Unit-8, now in May-11 I got 63 marks in Costing & FM. So I will get the benfit of exemption in Costing &FM. Please suggest as I have to fill the exam form for Nov-11 attempt. It is urgent.....

Please resolve the following two queries
1] is it mandatory to get the pdf file signed only the principal if the training has already finished.
2] There is no certificate no. mentioned in confirmation letter received after the training completion in this what can be done since the same details is being asked in the online filing form

A c.A. Article is a director before taking admission as article. Can he continue his directorship during his course of C.A. or he has to resign from the post of director w.e.f today or before the date of taking admission as CA article. At the time of submission of his form no.102 and 103, he has not declared about his directorship to the ICAI. what should he do at this time.
