i passed group-2 in PE-II Nov 2007
& remaining paper in IPCC in may 2011
in between this period
(1)i completed LLB after that Join MBA without taking permission of form 112
(2) i does not take registration as article assistant till now

i wanna to know:-
(i)LLB before articleship without taking permission of form 112 is valid with ca course there is no problem in that.

(ii)now i m in MBA last semester will complete in january 2012
for this form 112 is required to submit but
period of 30 days has expired,i joined in MBA AUGUST 2010.

(iii)any penalty for me by ICAI

Hello, I passed CS Executive in last June exams and will appear CS Professional exams in June, 2012. I think to appear in CWA Inter also in June next year. Will I need to take coaching separately for CWA Inter? Will the tax syallabus of CS cover CWA tax syllabus? Please reply.

sir i am studying now 3rd year b.com i am going to write my fifth semester in november and i will get my mark sheet in january only. can i register with that mark sheet, if i can how i have to do. please tell in details

can we use CWA or CMA before our name after clearing ICWA final if we haven't completed 3 years of training.

Dear Sir,
suppose i am going to complit my Articleship Training in the month of November,but during my training period i had taken excess leave of say 6 months.so,

1.Can i serve this balance period of article with some other CA in the same city or i have to complit it with the same CA

2.Can i take industrial training for the remaining period.

3.What if during my service i had taken secondment for the period of 12 months,and now i want to take industrial training or serve under another ca, so can i take it.

Please understand

1st year - Serve as Article
2nd year - Serve as Article on secondment
3rd year - Article with 5 moths leave

So,

Balance period of 5 months ---- ????

Option:
a.Must serve as Article with same CA.
b.Can serve as Article with other CA.
c.Can take Industrial training also
ispite of secondment
d. can not take industrial training if
previously serve on secondment

Hi i have finished my 3 yrs of articleship with about 5 months of excess leave. However at time of leaving the firm. i had a dispute with my prinicpal and while signing the Form-108, though he has mentioned the number of days worked in weeks in Accounting, Auditing etc.. correctly. He has scratched the wordings in Form-108 which says "his progress was satisfactory and to the best of my knowledge he bears a good moral character". Will there be any problem for this...like De-recognition or something?...Somebody pls help

Is it true that ca course is only for those who have good financial positions, as per my opinion it is true, because as icai fixed our articleship stipend to Rs. 1000, It will not possible to copup with as much expenses and coaching fees For next 3 years........ Icai should do something for us because now days even labour work earn more then any ca article... So..... What we can do?? I think some of us leave ca due that reason.. Because if i cant manage our home in such Rs 1000 so why should i do CA......

Hello everyone..

I am CA - IPCC student appearing in November exam and a Bcom graduate with 90%.

My query is as if i clear my ipcc exam in nov, i will be eligible to join articleship & even if i wont clear, by December or January as per new amendment (graduates with 60% result can directly join articleship) i ll be eligible to join articleship.

And as i have scored 90% in my bcom exams i would like to join any course which has higher demand in the market & i can able to study that course along with CA.

I want to join the additional course because...

1st Reason: As i have scored 90% in bcom, i dont want to keep it as underutilized for my further degrees.

2nd Reason: Suppose even after joining articleship and completing IPCC course, if i wont be able to clear CA-Finals, At that time i dont want to be a single degree holder which has no value in corporate field.

Waiting for your valuable suggestion of different course...
