01 September 2011 Dear Sir,
suppose i am going to complit my Articleship Training in the month of November,but during my training period i had taken excess leave of say 6 months.so,

1.Can i serve this balance period of article with some other CA in the same city or i have to complit it with the same CA

2.Can i take industrial training for the remaining period.

3.What if during my service i had taken secondment for the period of 12 months,and now i want to take industrial training or serve under another ca, so can i take it.

Please understand

1st year - Serve as Article
2nd year - Serve as Article on secondment
3rd year - Article with 5 moths leave

So,

Balance period of 5 months ---- ????

Option:
a.Must serve as Article with same CA.
b.Can serve as Article with other CA.
c.Can take Industrial training also
ispite of secondment
d. can not take industrial training if
previously serve on secondment

02 September 2011 On transfer there is restriction within the same city. The only option was secondment which you have already availed. Hence, there is no chance to get your article transferred under any other CA. You can try and write to the ICAI for transfer by stating your difficulties.
