I cleared my ipcc group2 in feb'2016 and is undergoing my articleship since march 2014. I have registered myself for Final course in may'16. My doubt is that am I eligible to appear for nov'16 attempt or is there anything like there should be minimum gap of 6 months between date of registration and attempt due.Please help.

as i have mentioned that i m a ca final student.yet not passed...already done articleship basically ca firm engages us in auditing area........if i wl join ca firm then i will not get enough tym to study..as u know ca syllabus is very vast...i hve to b in track with the studies too.........i have gone itt training but only few of the concepts they have taught with no tym to practice.....recently i have undergone to the recruitment style of pwc sdc they demand huge expertise in MIS......they tested knowldge of excel to a large extent......
and i was unable to succed in that round........

thts why i thought to join so that unil and unless i pass to that period of tym i will utilise for these short term courses that r taken 2 to 3 days per week...

regarding sap i have seen it requires huge preparation plus heavy investments..........till i become a chartrered accountant i wl not b having such huge tyimgs to manage such kind of courses.........

am already completed orientation and registered for articleship on 1/10/2015.am not yet done GMCS 1.whether as per the new scheme of GMCS ,i have to do gmcs1?plz help me.

After completing Articleship but before clearing CA-Final, if wanna pursue any additional course(eg. MBA/LLB etc), whether to inform ICAI is necessary?? If yes then please Provide Form/Format of letter of intimation.

My articleship is getting complete by the end of oct'16 and i want to take exam leave for 3 months i.e. from aug'16. I will give my principal a notice of leave before 1 month. My query is that after giving notice can i go on leave OR m i required to get a formal approval of principal

I have constructed a 3-storied building on land owned by me through utilization of own as well as borrowed funds purely for letting out purpose. Total built up area is around 30,000 sq.ft. (10,000 approx each floor)

Ground floor is let out completely to a supermarket.
2 shops on 1st floor is let out, others are vacant
2nd floor is a party hall.

Expenses in the common area are met by me like watchman salary, sweeper salary and electricity, lift maintenance etc.

My query is under what head will the income be assessed viz. Income from house property or business income or income from other sources.

What to do if principal does not sign the form 109 in second year of articleship.?? Can i terminate my articleship by myself up to the date of transfer from previous employer??

Hello Everyone, I have received my articleship completion letter but it says that your training is short by 10 days and looks like it is a long process to fulfill this requirement.  If anyone has faced the same situation , please guide me what needs to be done now.
