I am icwa final student appeared dec 2011 in both groups.In recently icwai released compendium for students. It is helpful or not for students in coming exam. In the compendium covers which mark in each subject for december examination.the exam compulsory questions for the compendium. please clarify me and send me exam preperation tips and exam tips

Please guide me on below 2 points
1. after passing CPT examination to start CA Training , whether CA Firms are being alloted by ICAI or own source of joining is also welcome by ICAI...or both the options are valid in this professional study
2. as per syllabus 3 yrs of article training is mandatory to appear CA Final exam. my question is whether, it (3 yrs) will be counted from " cpt passout joined articleship" or "IPCC passout joined articleship"

1) Hi.... I want to know.......
I am completed articleship 2 years and 7 months without taken any extea leave (except 2 to 3 week). Now i want to know can i take balance of period of articleship (5 months) as a leave because 1/6 of total of 3 year = 6 months.

2) Please give me details about "Accounting Technician Certificate"
What is the procedure of taken above certificate from ICAI.

3) I want to know what is the procedures or what link provided by ICAI website for change of Residential Address.
My Residential address is changed last 1 year and for that i am unable to receive jornal and other document from ICAI institute.

Dear Sir,

I have completed CA in May 2011. I have offer from companies, one in financial service sector in credit department and another in core accounting profile. My CS Final is due in Dec. 2011, which also requires full time preparation. I want suggestion, whether I should prefer job or CS- Final as it will be completing in 3 months?

hello sir my friends told me the degree holders who get 55% they can join directly to ca intermediate. this model comes from feb 2012. is that true sir any tell me please .

I have got 75% in my degree, i know there is a provision for degree holders who got above 60% in degree.
But when will it come into force , because if i know it came into act then i need not apply for cpt dec,otherwise i should do it.
Sir, please can u help me out in this issue?

Hello everyone, I'm student of CPT. I'll be passing out CPT this June. should I complete B.Com or continue IPCC in full time. Anyway I've strongly committed to be a CA. I've asked some of my seniors, they said it's a waste of time doing B.Com if you are strongly doing CA.... Suggestions please.
