I am pursuing c.s. professional programme and i am having difficulties in drafting and pleading.
Please advise how to prepare for different types of deeds and agreement both for examination and future aspect.

currently am doing ca ipcc.
i would like to know is there any need to do any course with or after ca.
wht abt combination with of ca with any of following courses such as-
1.cs
2.cwa
3.cpa
4.mba{ from iims etc}
or any other option which set a perfect combination with ca
is it important to do any other course with ca
pls suggest me & our ca club freinds wht option should be picked as combination with ca & is there any need to do so

hi dear, can someone tell me if we want to surrender service tax registration certificate and there is some refund from the dept. then wt it'll be refunded or nt.
like dept is asking for all penalty or interest during surrender so it'll also give back refund of service tax.

Please let me know whether P.C. Tulsian's accountancy for CA - PCC/IPCC third edition of 2010 will be OK for IPCC may 2012 exams or I should purchase new edition? please advise me for cost accounting and financial management also

i have appeared in november 2010 of Gropu 2 n i got exemption in one subject(Financial management &Cost accounting) after tht i have not given any attempts,, now i want to give exams of remaining two subjects, in may 2012..... i want to know whether m i eligible for benefit of exemption???? can i give PCC exam in may 2012 ??? Company presently have only Equity Shares but now we want to reclassify its Auth Capital to include Preference shares as well.

sir/madam,im astudent of ipcc ihave given my first attempt in may2010 but i lost my attempt in aggerate of 5 marks. now ihave given my attempt in nov2011. can u clarify me how will be the papers valued of ipcc.how will be cost$fm paper be valued.

I have been registered for IPCC exams in February 2009 and my 1st attempt was in the month of November 2009 but because of some problems i did not gave my attempt and till now i have not given any attempt now i am thinking to give the 1st group of IPCC in May 2012 since i am doing self study should i refer institutes study module which i had got during registration.
