1) Completed Law once+SEBI+Competition Act+PMLA+Banking Regulation Act
2) Completed Auditing once (Except Few SA's)

Which chapters can be leaved from Allied law?

Please help as those acts are very vast in syllabus.

The Institute's examination days, (including intervening holidays), or days for attending a course at an Academy of Accounting conducted by the Institute shall not be treated as leave.

I wanted to know whether going to ICAI for coaching of CA Final Classes can be considered as articleship period ??

I am a little bit confused when I go through the definition of ITR-4S applicability here mentioned that Its is applicable on "Professionals – who are carrying on profession of legal, medical, engineering, architectural, accountancy, technical consultancy, interior decoration, an authorized representative, film artist, company secretary and information technology. Authorized representative means – any person, who represents someone, for a fee or remuneration, before any Tribunal or authority under law. Film Artist includes a producer, actor, cameraman, director, music director, art director, dance director, editor, singer, lyricist, story writer, screenplay writer, dialogue writer, dress designer – basically any person who is involved in his professional capacity in the production of a film". An assessee who runs a coaching institute & another assessee who has income from school, Can both of them file their return in ITR-4S or not becoz in above definition it is not mentioned....

Anyone please let me know about the requirements & procedures for admission under CA IPCC course under Direct Entry Scheme.

Can i be eligible to give IPCC examination in the MAY'17 term? What is the last date of registration for IPCC course?

Dear all,
I am pursuing CA articleship along with my bcom exams which I will be giving in April 2017 the result of which will be declared in august 2017 So am i eligible to do CFA level 1 in june 2017 as by then ill be done with bcom exam(results pending)
And also icai allows only one course with CA so CFA can be done in june or not?
*is bcom counted as a course even when only the results are pending?
*Do i have to inform ICAI about this?

Heya this was 2nd attempt of ca final gr.1 but wasn't able to clear because of audit. I studied from surabhi Bansal mam's buk. Now my friends are advising me to go for pankaj garg sir's buk alongwith pm n rtps. Please tell me that it will be sufficient to go with my friends advice to clear my exams n please give suggestions toooo....N does anyone knows link to download institute latest study material.....

Hello Mam/Sir Mujhe study krte time bhut yda bind aati hai mai kya karo aur humre pass ek hai room hai yha par bed bhi hai aur use k pass mai study krta hu please koi mujhe bto aur itna yda bekar feel hota hai bilkul bhi study krne k mn nhi lgta.Please help me as soon as possible.
