01 September 2016 I want to know whether a person who has cleared IPCC exams in May 2016 and and pursuing F.Y B Com from college can also appear and pass CS executive in June 16,since now after IPCC 3 years articleship is compulsory and i think other courses can be pursued only after B Com from college and that too by filling Form 112 even if they involve private studies? Isnt it illegal?

02 September 2016 Dear Students, while doing CA if u want to do any other course u need to take permission from icai by filling form no 112. without getting approval if u r doing then it would be treated as illegal. Hope your query is resolved Kindly like if my response has helped you
