how to frame journal entry of paid salaries on 7th April for the month of March 2016 Rs 7000 if it is not shown in balance sheet of 31st march 2016.

Generally it should be booked in last year.
But you can book the same in current year also as payment was done in march.

if it is not provided for on 31/03/2016..... better provide the same in the books for the year 2015-16.
