Dear Sir,
My name is SANDHYA JAIN . I gave ca final exam in may 2016, anyhow failed. I got only 29 marks in ISCA
so i asked for certified copy of it. when i saw it there was a clear manipulation of marks by ICAI ,beacuse
i got 49 marks ( it was clearly visible in number, in words and also in OMR of marks they gave 49 marks).
but near to table they they striked all the marks and gave me 29 marks.
In many answer also they striked my marks

please provide me soft copy (pdf) of practice manual and study material for NOVEMBER 2016 for the subject of DIRECT TAXES,INDIRECT TAXES AND ISCA.

I am pursuing B.COM from Gujarat University (External Course) then my question is that am I required to fill Form No 112 while registering for articleship?

I did all the problems in Padhuka book only...But I got only 55 marks discouraging me as I expected to get atleast 63 around marks..I came to know that some formats which I followed from Padhuka book made me to loose about 15 marks after checking my answer copies. In previous attempts I did all problems in practice Manual, Study material but got 45 to 47 marks. Ofcourse I felt comfortable only with Padhuka book as all the problems are in a particular order based on the level of difficulty.., This is my last attempt. I am really confused what to study from now. Please anyone help me and guide..I want to achieve atleast 65 to boost my confidence level in my life.

Dear Experts, I am a recently qualified CA and am looking forward to do a certification course on IFRS, but my doubt is, there are different organizations providing certification course on IFRS and will there be any difference in value for the certificate provided by ICAI or EY and if at all yes, please let me know which is the best from following.
1. Course provided by ICAI
2. Course provided by ICWAI - MARF
3. Naukri E learning course
4. Vinod Gupta Sir Classes.

Also, how will be the opportunities for CA with this Course.

CA students who are pursuing CMA say it is easy to pass. Whereas exclusive CMA students say it is difficult to clear CMA stating that their pass percentage always hover around single digit and no.of CMA students qualify in every attempt will be in hundreds in most of the cases unlike in CA.

Dear Sir/Mam, I have applied for membership on 25th july 2016 and today got a mail from Dr.Deepak chanda(deepak.chanda@icai.in) asking for providing proof of belonging to OBC(other backward caste) as i have no provided it alobg with aoolication for membership(i.e. form-2), as per my knowledge in form-2 their is no option of caste category. Whereas i also do not belong to OBC. i request u all to please provide me appropriate suggestion what should i do now.
