Articleship training to his son by a father as a ca!!

13 September 2016 My CA has a son, who is also registered under the same firm, or can say that registered under his fathers firm.
My CA is neither giving him any stipend nor entering name in stipend register/attendance register.
And he is giving him examination leave for 3 months in every attempt from past 3 attempts for IPCC group 2 examinations.
I just want to know that my ca is denying me to take transfer from firm on medical grounds as i had already discussed here earlier. He is saying that he dosnt have the working staff, should i file complaint regarding these matters in ICAI?
What possible steps could ICAI will take and whether I can file complaint about this or not??

Note he is not giving him stipend and has already took leave form more than 270 days....

13 September 2016 you need to prioritise your AIMS/ GOALS/ MISSION/ VISION...whatever you say
I think the time has over ripen that You need to decide once and for all whether to complete CA is your first priority or making complaint against your Principal.... and accordingly proceed....

14 September 2016 is there any fees to be paid to ICAI regarding any complaints?

14 September 2016 absolutely YES. That is the reason I gave that link so that you can get a feel of the entire procedure....
It normally takes 2-3 years to get the decision......(And that is why I said you need to decide your PRIORITY of life.......whether to complete CA or to make complaint )
