I have missed the orientation and ITT course. All the batches are full. When is the next batch going to be held in 2016? Do I get to do articleship without orientation?

Tax can't be charged on loss right? Because I was doing a capital budgeting question and in that tax was subtracted from the loss. When will my articles end 10-10-2016 or 11-10-2016?? it is mentioned in my re registration letter of ICAI that my articleship begin under new auditor from 11-7-2014 for balance period of 2yrs 2mon 30days.. This is the way they mentioned in letter. Please help me

2. I must fill details in form 108 ( leaves, work details) of balance period of articleship under new auditor or from commencement of articles??

Dear sir, I have face problem regarding stipend which not paid by my principle to me. I Have been take transfer from such principle with effect from 20 April 2016.Amount due of stipend as per regulations is 6000 which is due amount. Can I claim to principle for such stipend. I request you all to help me out in the following confusion I'm facing.
I have started my articleship in 2013 with one CA. After 4 months I took transfer and joined another firm immediately the next day but I was registered with ICAI after 3 months since there was no vacancy available under any partner in that firm. I was passionate to do in that firm so I waited for three months to get registered under the firm.

My question is whether we can consider that 3 months of work done under articleship period. I have total attendance record for that 3 months period I worked over there and the firm has also paid stipend for that 3 months. Due to this Im unnecessarily doing extra work for 3 months.

I completed my articalship of 1year 11 months and I want to take transfer 1.if my principal terminate me from articalship on reasons eg. i m taking excess leaves and anyother, than icai can approve the termination or not 2. if I take transfer on medical grounds like fracture that covers normally 100 days. is icai approve this for transfer 1st reason save my 3 months of articalship so I prefer that or suggest me something else for transfer

I have registered for CA articleship during the period 1985 to 1988 and completed the articleship and cleared Group I of intermediate exam. After that I could not continue the studies. Now I wish to complete the studies. What is the procedure to be followed and Can I get any exemption for the group I have already cleared?
