Termination of articleship due to shifting of principal

Hello Sir, as i am in second year of articleship training as my principal auditor shifted his office to other city.I cant shift to other city because of my health issues.what and how to terminate my articleship please reply as early as possible

Hajera, U can take transfer, by giving a proper excuse(reason) to ICIA, and only with consent of ur principal and ICAI. U may visit the following link for procedure of transfer. And ur reason is very well enough for the transfer, which is also mentioned in the link below.
