Can i use blue gel pen or is it mandatory to use ball point pen in exams?

Better to use ball pen, coz u don't know a little drop of water can waste ur answer, resulting in waste of ur attempt and bad results. As per me there is no restriction of ICAI on using of gel pen, but u must use only blue or black pen and no other ink is allowable. Its better to use one ink, in examination, coz many examiners deduct marks due to use of multiple inks.
