My article ship training was completed on 28 October 2016 but my principal resigned from firm on 04 October 2016 ( he has not surrendered his COP). Please advise me what to do. Whether to get my form 108 signed from my principal ???

As you may be aware of the fact that CA Final Registration is valid for 5 yrs. There after we have to get it re-validated from ICAI.
My question is that whether this re-validation will affect the passing status of student.
For example: A Student has passed 1st Group & has a Valid Exemption in one paper of 2nd Group. His registration is going to expire after one attempt. Then whether upon re-validation of his registration, his passing status will get affected, or his passing status will remain same.

Please clarify the query regarding classification of service. A person provide a service of Labour Contractor only which means works contract without any component of any material. It is important to be that as per rule 2(g) of STR 1994 it is provided that labour work will work under supervision and control of service provider while in our case labour works under the supervision and control of their master, contractor (Service Provider).
