As after looking this term trend all the questions asked but ICAI are uncommon in nature. So experts please suggest some topics from where I can get command on Cost paper

You must apply your mind in a very calm manner, what ever you are studied is going to help you and you must be able to re-collect those answers to write relevant points in the Examination.
Selective studies or seeking important questions is not going to help you, as no one is aware what the paper setter has in mind. Remove that notion, others can provide you some topics which is likely to come in the exam from your mind, as it may only disappoint you. Hence, believe in your strengths and try to answer questions to reasonable extent correctly, you are bound to get decent marks.
