I have a small doubt regarding Articleship Termination with in 1 year of Articleship.
1) whether any prior approval required for termination from ICAI Institute.
2) Conditions for termination of articleship with in one year.
3) my boss not accepting for termination,please show remedy for problems

This is my 6th attempt.I got 42 in Adv. Mgmt.Acc. 23 in ISCA, 47 in DT,41 in IDT.What should i do to get good marks.Plz suggest me books as well as strategy to get good marks.I m very depressed with my result.My parents & relatives also very depressed from result.
