Can any one send the exact format of MOA & AOA as per CA 2013?

What about the Rule 14, 15 and 16 of the Companies Act 2013?
What about Rule 13 of Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014.?

Is it require any qualification to sign as witness against the subscribers column in MOA & AOA under CA 2013?

Is it necessary to file the Form DIR-12 by the company even the Form DIR-11 filed by the director?

I just want to answer a query in expert field and for that its showing you need to be an expert. when I saw my status than it is showing you are an appoved expert or your application is still pending. i file an application on 25/04/2014, but still its not giving clear view. now what to do?

what can b the maximum gap between transfer nd next regstration

I received a letter dated 9/4/2014 of provisional admission to CA final may 14 exams stating my roll number as well.
It mentions that as per my exam form i m serving last 6 months of training and that if any revalidation is required we need to apply for it..
But its my first attempt so revalidationa of ca final registration is out of the question.
I didn't understood the revelence of this letter? And whyy provisional admission ??

I have submitted an application letter to icai for taking transfer. I hv recently got married on 13 December 2014. I hv submitted ma principal's NOC Letter n ma Marriage Card along with transfer application. NOC Letter is dated 05 Jan 2014. N yet i m waiting for the icai approval regarding transfer. I hv started articleship on 05 Feb 2012.

I want to know the period from 05 jan 2014 to date till i actually submit transfer form or till i received d icai approval will it be consider as articleship period under previous employer. As i have taken 5 months leave from december 2013. so i m concerned abt ma ca final attempt whether it vil be in nov 14 or may 15.
