i am a b.com final student but my 1 paper is back.so can i register for cs executive for june2015?

Hello, i have clared my IPCC both groups and currently doing my articleship in a
propritorship.
My working hours are 10-6 with a lunch break of 40 min. I work for 6 days a
week. Same timings are mentioned in my articleship registration form. As per my
knolwdege, institute's rule is that, an article should not work beyond 35 hours a
week in normal circumstances. However i am working alomst 42-45 hours a
week.
Also for any leave i take, it is deducted from my stipend.
Am i eligible for extra leave? Does the Principal have right to deduct it from my
stipend?
Also if i take the credited leave now, will i be eligible for leave during my bcom
and final exam?
Please, guide me about workings hours and leaves i can take.

My principle denies that i'm eligible for leaves for working beyond 35 hours.

i have completed my ipcc 1st group exam back on nov. 2011 and started articleship training from august 2012 onwards which makes my final due on may 2015 as per the regulations. Now i have given my ipcc 2nd group examination on this may(2014). What will be the consequences if i fail in my result? Can i give the nov. exam and still appear the may 15 final exam??

DEAR SIR/MADAM,
I HAVE LOST MY ORIENTAYION CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY ICAI AND I HAVE CLEARED BOTH THE GROUPS OF IPCC IN LAST ATTEMPT. I WANT THAT CERTIFICATE FOR ARTICLESHIP REGISTRATION. I HAVE APPLIED TO MY REGIONAL OFFICE AND THEY HAVE CERTIFIED ME NOT BY GIVING CERTIFICATE BUT BY LETTERPAD. I HAVE SENT THAT TO INSTITUTE.
STILL ICAI KEPT MY REGISTRATION IN PENDING ON THE GROUND THAT NON RECEIVED OF ORIENTATION CERTIFICAE.
PLEASE GUIDE ME, WHAT SHALL I DO, I SENT THE ARTICLES FORM ON 17.02.2014.
AM VERY WORRIED ABOUT IT KINDLY SUGGEST ME.......

Sir, I Started My Articleship in Jan 2012but due to some reason it was discontinued for about 5 months and now the proposed completion date is in Sept 2015. Whether i can appear in Ca Final Exam to be Conducted in Nov 2014.
if i appear in Nov 2014 for first group, at the same time it is possible to Appear in May 2015 fro 2nd group or not.

Pls suggest.

I'm in CA final and my attempt is may 2015... I have just started coaching and i'm afraid whether i can get enough tym to clear both the groups with good marks... Please suggest how do i prepare...

Dear CCI Experts 1. My exams are due in May 2015. 2. Till now I have just finished Costing coaching and would be starting SFM and IDT classes end of this month which would continue till Mid Oct'14. 3. I have planned to take Accts and DT classes from Nov which would approximately end by March 15. 4. I guss till march'15, I would finish only 5 subjects and still be left with 3 imp papers i.e Law, Audit , ISCA. I require your advice on how to cover my syllabus before exams. THANK YOU!!

i am a ca final student completed my
1 year & 7 months of articleship. due to some
issues i have taken transfer from previous employer ,my principal mention 195 days of leave on form 109. i was registering for articleship from 29/10/2012 to 29/10/2015,accordingly my final attempt due in may 2015,but due to excess leave for which attempt i am eligible whether Nov 2015 or May 2016?.please reply asap i need proper guidance -abhishek ,new delhi.total leaves taken 195 till 27 may 2014.articleship period 29/10/2012 to 29/10/2015.....helpppppp meeeee

I have finished 10 months of articleship. I want to terminate from my present firm and join in another one. Can I join in other firm within the same city (Vijayawada to Vijayawada)? Does ICAI allows me to do so? Does it object? Any compliances required?

Hi,I'm undergoing my CA articleship. My articleship period commenced from 17-09-2012.I want to write my CA final exams in May,2015.
Now I want to go for CA final coaching and so, I wish to take leave under my employer. Upto now, I've completed 1 year,8 months of my articleship. My doubt is that, can I take leave now and serve the balance period after writing my CA final exams? If so, do I need to send any papers to the institute regarding this?

Pls clarify my doubt...
