I work for more than 60 hours in a week as article Can I take extra hours work above 35 hours in a week as a set off against my leave as i taken for preparing for exam. Reply as soon as possible.

Dear experts,

I have registered for articleship on 30 th october 2014. my ca final attempt is in may 2018. Till now i have not completed GMCS-1 training . As per amended guidelines of ICAI ,i was supposed to complete my gmcs training before 31st december 2016.

but i did not completed it till now.
when i checked icai gmcs portal there are no venues for gmcs training currently.

how do i proceed .am i required to do gmcs 1 compulsorily.

Please clarify my doubt

The bill deduct by the party in wrong sequence As bill no. 1 is deduct on 18.08.2017 and bill no.2 is deduct on 16.08.2017 bill no. 3 os deduct on 1.8.2017 how will be filed the gstr 1 and gstr 3b  pls provide any solution for this how we handle that

What could be the justifiable possible reasons for condonation of delay of FORM 103 ? Secondly, the aforementioned letter is from the side of article assistant or principal ? Also, it is required to be forwarded to THE SECRETARY, ICAI ? At last, the draft of late fees should be in the name of THE SECRETARY, ICAI ? Please help it's urgent. I want to ask that whether Sundays & government holidays are allowed leaves under articleship?

Whether Sundays & Government holidays can be excluded from the days when I was on leave.
For instance, I took CA final leave from 01/07/2016 to 22/11/2016, whether Sundays & Government holidays can be excluded from the above period (01/07/2016 to 22/11/2016) and balance to be considered as leave availed.

Kindly help me with any circular or announcement of ICAI regarding the issue.

I have registered CA IPC in 1/03/2013 under direct entry scheme. Now I want to know about the revalidation procedure since my registration is completed four years. If I complete revalidation process, is it possible to write the November 2017 exam in IPC scheme or I will shift to the new scheme?
I have already applied the November 2017 exam.
Please guide.

dear sir,today i applied for ca final registration.and i made payment of rs.22000.i got print of that form.but by mistakely while filling the form at the one of the option i.e year of cpt completed i put 2015 instead of 2014.is there is any process to change.please help me sir.
