15 September 2017 Sir I joined CA articleship in February 2017
& register myself in CS executive programme on 29 may 2017.
Still I have not submitted form 112 to ICAI regarding CS executive programme
Please provide what can I do & what are penalties of this

15 September 2017 submit form 112 as immediately as possible. Do write a covering letter requesting to condone the delay in submission of form no 112 with a reasonable assurance that hence forth you will meticulously obey the ICAI rules and regulations.
