Can anyone help me regarding transfer of articleship? I am right now working in Mumbai and my hometown is in Gujarat. I stay in the hostel in Mumbai. I am in 2nd year of articles so can I take transfer after my graduation is done on the basis that I have no further studies in Mumbai so I can continue my articleship in Gujarat.

I wanted to give attempt in nov 2014. I hv registered ipcc on 20th feb 2014. my articleship is not yet started first I hv to complete iit & orientation program trainining thn I will register for articleship. it will take around 1 month. after that my articleship is not for 9 months?? is thr any possibility to give attempt on nov 2014??? pls guide me in this.

I have registered for articleship as on 26/9/2011 for 3 years & transfered on 6/7/2012, Before transfer I have taken 172 days leave from which 17 days eligible and 155 days are excess as per ICAI Transfer letter stating that my articleship will complit on 5/10/2014.

Now my query is I have taken 8 days leave from my second principal and i also work for excess hrs for 25 days.

whether i am eligible for final exam in may 2014 or not ?

How can I know the availability of GMCS Batches in Hyderabad Chapter.
I'm not giving final attempt this may 2014, so is there any batches for this may 2014 or april 2014 in Hyderabad Chapter?
And if registered now, do I get to attend after 2 months.
I'm eligible for GMCS (old Scheme) as I've completed my articleship long back.

I am final year student pursuing 3rd year of articleship. I want to go for industrial training which is not registered in ICAI list although having all criteria eligible to impart industrial training.

Should i send my 104 number form along with requesting form to register the said industry in ICAI approved list ????

My principal situated in eastern part of country will registr for articleship under EIRC(bcz written in articleship form to do d same). Does that require me to register for final under EIRC or I cn registr anywhere (was an NIRC student till ipcc)
