Excess leaves taken in articleship

21 February 2014 dear all,

I have registered for articleship as on 26/9/2011 for 3 years & transfered on 6/7/2012, Before transfer I have taken 172 days leave from which 17 days eligible and 155 days are excess as per ICAI Transfer letter stating that my articleship will complit on 5/10/2014.

Now my query is I have taken 8 days leave from my second principal and i also work for excess hrs for 25 days.

whether i am eligible for final exam in may 2014 or not ?

Pls Reply soon as i want to file exam form before 24/02..

21 February 2014 just cal whether on 1.1.2014 have u completed 2 years and 6 months of articleship training or not...if yes then ur eligible else in nov 14 only ur eligible.

21 February 2014 whether I have to file re-registration form for serving excess leaves?? If yes, then which form & when???

21 February 2014 for excess working hours and set off u need to mutually talk with ur principal

form 108 needs to be filled for serving excess leave...just enquire with articles section in ur nearest regional chapter.
