I appearing in XII exam in march 2014. Now i want to do CA and CS, for that i required registration. I do not know when to do registration of CPT nd CS Foundation for appearing at dececember 2014. please tell me when to do registration of it for CPT and cs foundation. fast help me.

I have started my training on 1st Apr 2011 and going to finish it on 31st Mar 2014.
But for my final exam (provisional attempt on NOV 2013), I have taken a leave for 45 days including sundays and festival holidays during Oct and Nov 2013. If I deduct the sundays and holidays my leave roughly comes to 30-35 days.

For this my employer had deducted the stipend for these 45 days. Moreover what if he asks me to work for 45 more days after 31st march. Do I have to work for 45 days more, or these leaves are allowed as these does not constitute an excess leave.

Working (as per me) is shown here:-
No of leaves allowed=
1/6th of (1095-45)=175 days

So I can avail 175 days leave. But I have availed only 30-35 days.

Am I correct or I have to work for these 45 days and whether stipend deducted is correct.

Please help.

i m direct ipcc student for attempt of may 2015. I commenced my articleship from march 2014 onwards. If my articleship period till my ipcc attempt complete of 15 months then in ca final how many months should i do my articleship

Good Evening, please clarify my doubt regarding permission to do other course along with CA.
Presently am Doing CA Articles 2nd year and i have joined in CWA Course in 2012, in Degree Course in 2012. Up to 2 years i have done degree in regular.When i was joined in articles i have converted my degree course to distance education(Because not to do any course while doing CA articles). Till now i have not taken any permission from institute.Now,my doubt is whether i have to take permission for both courses....if it is required what procedure should i follow to take permission.And also clarify me the form number And fee for late submission of Form for permission to do other course.
please help me...it's very urgent....

Can ICAI reschedule may 14 ca exams by a week... say by 20th may instead of original schedule of 26th may as elections are getting ovet on 16th may??

Why ICAI not Giving any facility to all the students whose financial position are not well.. ICAI making only money from students .... ICAI not utilsing the money for student bright future purpose..... ICAI should provide Free Lectrue classes for students , and free training camps for students practical knowledge.... they should invest money for students purpose....

hey guys....I lost in ipcc group 2 and right now....my final accounts and idt classes r going on.....my final attempt is in may 15... now..idt classes will end by March...but accounts is too hectic...it will b end by may 1st week...for accounts...m going to eten...Praveen sharma sir....so...my question is should I discontinue my accounts classes now? in class...they r done wid AS...and right now....lessons r going on...

please guide me about the treatment of contingent income which is going to be received but sanction letter is not yet received.
