About permission to other two courses.

Sir,I want to do B.Sc. in open university or externally which don't require to attend the classes but i don't give this information to ICAI.I also doing the regular course which has get the Permission of ICAI.
After Passing CA examination and at the time of getting Membership of ICAI and after getting the Membership.
In the above three cases, what happen?
Please tell in Detail and with all respect.

this is contravention of regulation 65&68

and punishment is there from delaying membership to cancellation of articleship

if icai knows it is problem

why to do Bsc there is no relevancy at all with icai...

just think dont try to breach icai regulations

Will be punishable under ca regulations 65&78
.
As i said above .

If additional course not required to attend classes there may not be hard punishment...they may condone ur delay or may delay ur membership
