Dear Sir / Madam,

I want to take a transfer in first year, but my principal is not allowed to give the transfer as he agree that i provided him a genuiene reason. Still he is not ready to sign the consent form, he said give us time to improve.

I am facing the following problem...:

1. I regestered my articleship on 31st july 2013, but i met my principal only 3 times Which was max to max only for 5 min.

2. My registered office is in Versova, which is only on paper... No one staff is going to that office, even no one dont know exactly where it it. His actual office is in Nagpur.

3. My firm is basicaly in Internal Audit, bt we have only 4 clints in Mumbai, so i cant gain wide exposure in which 4 months i done data entry type work & 2 months Basic accounting type work.

4. In mumbai, there is only one seniour ( who is from nagpur & not.have. manners to talk) for supervision & guidence, but he not CA... He is CS - inter... So he is not able to give proper guidence...

5. One day, i called to my CA for one problem of tax... He said google it...

I also have audit record which is I record at time of my exit interview, in which she is agreed that I have.genuine reasons..

Please, help me.... Give me a suggestion for how can i take a transfer as early as possible...?????

my old firm is registered under circ and new form is under nirc, where should i submit 109 form?
and in which city draft should be made payable if required?

can i submit form 109 after 60 days from signing of my form by my old principal? please help as soon as possible.

How can i see online any notice issued to me by ICAI for stating in that extension period. or any letters issued to me on my reg. no.?

I was doing CA Articleship in a reputed CA Firm and I want to leave CA Course and hence don't want to continue my articleship but my CA is not allowing me for this. I am not yet registered Under him as there is any problem in my Articleship Form. Can I leave it without filling any form of termination of Articleship as I am not yet registered under him as an Article Assistant. Please suggest me what to do??? Please reply at the earliest.

I had registered under the Old course for CS Professional for june 2014 exam but could not appear for the same. I wanted to know whether exam to be held in december 2014 would be on new syllabus only or old syllabus too i.e whether I would need to prepare for the new syllabus instead of old one under which I was registered.
Please help.

but i was not able to give the exam due to some reason.

now i have completed my entire syllabus and want to take tests on a regular basis .

Dear Sir/Mam,
I am working in a renowned Company on a monthly salary of Rs. 30K. I have joined CA course in 2005. My CA final 1st Group was cleared in 2011 and have an exemption in IDT which is valid upto Nov 2014. I could hardly manage 15 days leave for the exam from my company. I was also appeared in Jun 14 Exam but it was not good. All the time I score around aggregate 35%.

I have to make a choice in two option so Please help me in decision.

First Option is, to leave the job and prepare for Nov 14 exam since my idt will expire in Nov.14 and my office will not allow me long leave.

But this option employs some issue such as
(i)I am living in a small city and its very tough to find a good job here.
(ii) My family member is against that since they think If I wasn't able to pass in 7 years then Why should trying to do such a stupid things by leaving a job.
(iii) My marriage has also been fixed so My In Laws must have similar views.
(iv) I am 32 Years old so many people said that "puri jindagi padhai hi karte rahoge kya"

and Second Option is to leave the CA course and concentrate on Job.

I am not able to concentrate my self either on study of Job. so I must have to select one option . Please help me what to do.
