I was doing CA Articleship in a reputed CA Firm and I want to leave CA Course and hence don't want to continue my articleship but my CA is not allowing me for this. I am not yet registered Under him as there is any problem in my Articleship Form. Can I leave it without filling any form of termination of Articleship as I am not yet registered under him as an Article Assistant. Please suggest me what to do??? Please reply at the earliest.

20 June 2014 termination can happen only if you registered for articleship. given that you have not filed form 102/103, you are not an article assistant as per ICAI regulations and you are free to do whatever you wish to.

Also, even if you had filed form 102 and 103, nobody can force you to continue with CA course against your wishes. you shall still be free to discontinue.

22 June 2014 i have filled the Form 103 and send to New Delhi for Articleship but my registration was not done as there is any problem in the form. My name is not showing in online portal and also i have not received any Registration Letter from ICAI. My question is whether I have to fill form for termination of Articleship or not??? Please reply fast...

23 June 2014 if the form has been sent to ICAI, then you need to apply for termination. unless the Form 103 is rejected, you have to assume it has been accepted.
