As per ICAI guideline i have intimated my principle 3 Months prior, about my intention to do industrial Training.
Now i have got placement As industrial trainee, & i am ready to serve 1 month notice period as per my exsisting firm's policy.
But still my principle is not allowing me for IT. Can ICAI help me in this ?? IS principle's call is final for IT even after complying all guidelines by ICAI ??

I attempted ca-ipcc may 2014 by qualifying in CPT & awaiting for results. I have completed my b.com this year. so I wanted to enter ca ipcc through direct entry before july 31. so please advice me what are the consequences if I pass group 1 in upcoming results in august.

My question is that whether I have to submit form 112 or not ? previously I have not submitted my form because I was done with my guaduation in 2011 but now I want to do m.com Please help me Thanx in advance

I've submitted my registeration form on wednesday (10/07/14) for IPCC under direct entry scheme. Now my question is am i eligible to appear in may 2015 IPCC exams? Since it has been only 4days till now,i didn't receive any mail or letter. I hope my ITT & orientation batches'll start by september. In such a case, from when i should start my articleship?Plz explain me

I cleared my ipcc on nov 2013 but I join articleship in july 2014.so is it possible to take the articleship certificate from December 2013 (backdate)....? If yes....then what will be the procedure..?

Sir I m in bcom final year n also doing ca.I want to pursue cs and want to register for the same to give attempt in 2015 June executive. I wanted to know that will I get permission from ca institute or it will be treated as doing three courses simultaneously .although my Cs exam will be due after BCom final yr.results.

i wanted to know whether the principal is liable to pay stipend for leave which is normally allowed (i.e 1/6th of days worked is "allowed leave")

My principal did not pay me stipend when i took leave for CA final preparations.he pays me very basic 1500/-.

I have read that "Principal is not rquired to pay for "excess leave taken". But what about the 1/6th leave which is allowed.

Besides he is also giving me extension.

Please help
