My articleship is complete almost 2 year and 11 month. And my principal now want to give me transfer for last month. What procedure I should follow to take transfer during last 1 month. Can I rejoin in same city beacause of my principle is giving me transfer while I am not taking transfer. Please help me if I need to send an application to ICAI prior to submission of form 109. Most Iimportant point in this matter is my principal is giving me transfer on the basis of unsatisfactory behaviour so I have no proof to send to icai. Please help me.

commissioner of the dvat deppt. has wrongly issued a notice for cancellation of dvat registration on the basis that i have filled return showing NIL turnover for last one year,which is null and void as i have not filled a nil return even for a single qtr.

what is the procedure to appeal against such notich.

I've been doing CA Articleship for last 10 months. and as there is a provision to do GMCS within one year of trannig. How Could I get Registered and Can I do GMCS from any other branch rather my my home town?
I need full Guidence about GMCS.

The four week residential programme by ICAI will run from 19 august to 15 sept. At the same time, there will be campus placement at many centres in early September. How can someone attending residential programme appear for campus placement?thanks in anticipation

Hi, I have registered my articles but haven't registered and got te final books so far. Will it affect my attempt on May'16 as I was of te idea tat u can appear for xams after 2 1/2 years of ur articles and wen u register for final is not considered

I have registered for ipcc in july 11 under direct entry scheme and i got my study material for may 2015 attempt. But yet i didn't completed my OT and ITT training as i didn't got my registration number. So my ques is Am i eligible for May 2015 attempt if i complete my training at the end of August or in the 1st week of sept. plz help me m vry much confused

I have three queries-

1.Whom a govt. doctor will address in his medical certificate (in which the fact regarding a rest for 3 months or more in case of a disease be mentionrd)to (The principal of the article or the ICAI)?

2.whom the latter (with a request for transfer on medical ground along with Principal Approval and Govt. Doctor Certificate)of application for transfer on medical ground should be addressed by an article (ICAI head office or concerned regional office and in either case who will be the concerned authority.If I'm from Central Region).

3.Is their any complexity involve for transfer on the same ground?

I have cleared cpt june 2014 attempt... Now i am filling ipcc registration form.. I want to give both group... But in form 6 options are given.. I don't know which one to choose With atc, without atc, with article, without article... Please help me.. I just want to give both groups..
