hello friends, I have forgoten my ca final may 2014 roll number.now I reqiured this for filling the exam form of nov 2014

Dear Sir/Madam, My query is related to: 1) Verification of Exam Papers ie rechecking 2) Apply for Certified Copies I want to know that whether I can apply for both the above said procedure simultaneously for any subject. thanks & regards

i red a notice on icai's official site that from 12th august, students can fill up the forms for their november 2014 attempts of ipcc or ca final..
but, the result date is not declared yet.since ca final results are declared, those who have failed, can fill up the form.
my question is, i have given ipcc may 2014 attempt and I'm not so sure that i will pass...since result date is not declared, & if i fail in this attempt, then when should i fill up the form??on the last date??

every time, first they declare the results of ipcc n then after 2-3 days, they make the forms available..so i'm confused n scared also..

I have a small query regarding a tax planning.
Here is the situation, “A Holding Company say M/s H Plc., registered in Europe has a subsidiary company in India say M/s S Ltd. registered in India , M/s H Plc. has agreement with employees of M/s S Ltd., that if the holding company will be sell out in future then some consideration / incentives will be given to the employees of M/s S Ltd.
Now, the Holding Company been sold/ amalgamated and all the conditions been fulfilled hence part of gross receipt has distributed to the employees of the Indian subsidiary company. The proceeds received directly from Europe in the employee account in Indian Rupees.
Now my questions are:
1. Whether M/s S Ltd., the Indian Subsidiary company is required to account for in its books for the transaction?
2. If yes then what will be treatment in the books of M/s S Ltd.
3. Whether it can be shown as ESOP/perquisites or to be shown as incentives as part of salary.
4. What remedy/tax planning available with the recipient employees of the Indian company? for the sum received from M/s H Plc.
5. Whether the employee can treat the sum as capital receipt/capital gain, accordingly he/she can save tax by investment u/s 54 of Income Tax Act,1961.

I am CA Final student,and pursuing second year of article ship.

My Query is that, is it possible that i will start my industrial training at 1-Oct-2014 & end up at 30-June-2015 (9 month)?
my CA final exam is in month of Nov-2015

I m join in IPCC articles 28.10.2013 under direct entry scheme. Due to some personal problems i want to termination my articles in 28.10.2014.
i will attempt my exams (Group 1) in November14

After termination of articles i will be eligible to attempt exams IPCC (Group1 and Group2)?

Dear Sir my articleship will get completed in next week, I have to write CA final in November 2014, but my principal is not ready to sign form 108. I have taken excess leave, but I do not want to continue under same pricipal, can I take transfer? What shall I do,which form shall I submit to take transfer to serve excess leave taken? What if he refuses to give transfer? Please help

sir i an now employed in a bank as clerk and i am appearing for ca inter exam on may 2015 i just want to jnow if i have a gap of some years before going for articleship and clearing final, will i be absorbed by the industry just like the freshers are absorbed considering their attempts ? what will be the scope of getting employment opportunities in the market for a person who took discontinued pursuing ca for a short period? please guide me thank you
