Ipcc may 2014 result date

but, the result date is not declared yet.since ca final results are declared, those who have failed, can fill up the form.
my question is, i have given ipcc may 2014 attempt and I'm not so sure that i will pass...since result date is not declared, & if i fail in this attempt, then when should i fill up the form??on the last date??
every time, first they declare the results of ipcc n then after 2-3 days, they make the forms available..so i'm confused n scared also..

thanks for ur suggestion..i visited that site now.
but how can icai do so this time??
many students like me, will get less time for filling up the form. suppose tomorrow icai says that after 8 days, result will be declared, then after 2-3 days i will fill up the form...& the last date for that is 4th september..i will get a very short time...
