If some one got salary 50000 per month and he is Salaried person. so, there 50,000 X 12 = 6,00,000/- In that case tax nill on 2,50,000 remainning 3.50,000/- we deduct @ 5% tds which is Rs.17,500/- In monthly case, if we pay 50000/- that person that means we deduct 1458 tds. am I right or wrong. after that how much amount deduct for PT (professional tax) please suggest anyone.

I have completed my articleship on 26.02.19 & now while executing form 107 for excess leave can I take the gap.
I want to begin my supplementary articleship ( extension period training) from June 2019 will it be valid or i should execute it in continuation right now .

How to submit 112 form for another course during articeship and after getting permission for above course can i do for another course.
Hello sir,here my query is that i have some doubt regarding form 112 for example
1. If i got permission for a course and did another course along with same course can i get permission for middle of the course were permission is not got can i submit Form 112 for that course and can i continue with that course how
2 After completing my permission course can i apply for another course how
3 Is it compulsory to submit form 112 if not can you tell me what are the consequences/effects in my CA career
4.Can you tell me which act should i refer for understanding the provision for submitting Form 112

I am doing articleship and my 3rd year is going on. I have completed the 26 month articleship (include 4 month leave).
but i have received the 22 month stipend. my principal was not given the stipend of leave. It correct or not?

Am an articled assistant and have registered for CS... But am not willing to pursue CS for now.... Should I inform ICAI about my registration? Its been 3 months since I registered for the same. Will there be any issue?
