I have my CS professional (OLD SYLLABUS) attempt due in December 2014. Can anyone guide me from which book to study as many subjects have been amended due to companies act 2013. Thanks.

I am going to write IPCC exams in Nov this year, as well as CS executive module 1. I find that the syllabus of CS is almost corresponding to CA IPCC, except 1sub in mod-1 of cs. so, I want to know whether it is sufficient to study IPCC syllabus. or separate material is to be purchased. if so, suggest any.... plzz help me

Hi experts, one of my best friend due to his personal reasons have terminated his articleship in our current firm and have opted for dummy articleship and now have received offer letter from a well known company as accountant. Background verification is going on in that company and he has passed IPCC. will they enquire in ICAI and will he get caught for doing such illegal thing? Thank you
