I had cleared my IPCC Group 2 in Nov'13 attempt. But i never received the mark sheet, which is said to be lost in transit. So i applied for a duplicate copy and i also received it. But the mark sheet contains the word "Duplicate". My query is whether the word "Duplicate" affect me in any way in future while searching for a job?

i have taken transfer from a firm under 1st year of articleship.
now i want to register myself in any other firm but i just read the rules for documents to be submitted for re-registration. and it said that u have to submit the ID Card which was sent to me by post by the time of previous registration. bt actually i haven't received any post from institute. now can anyone tell me what is the alternate of dis??/

if i have to write a letter to ICAI for the same requesting for the Duplicate ID Card, then is there any fee for that??

Partners Salary paid and Debited = 240000/=

Book Profit is 303000/-
Eligible Partners Salary is 90% of 303000
which is 272700 . In this case 240000 is OKay . No Amount Inadmissible .
Net Profit is 3000/- . Tax to be paid @ 30% plus Cess etc .
Is the Calculation Correct ??

In short RCM Credit Can be utilized for the payment of excise duty?
Tell me the section under service tax where we find the same?

2) Co. collect rent from their group companies? How Service tax will come into picture ? whether ST Credit can be obtained or ST to be charged in the bill.

3) Design Made in Foreign and send by my Mail, and Payment made by Foreign Currency - Service Tax/TDS applic

I would like to know with in how many days these books be delivered to me. I am appearing for november 2014 exams. So I would like to hear from you as soon as possible. please help me.

I got registered in central region n m having CRO but now m doing my articleship in bangalore so I had submitted the articleship registration form at chennai .... as it was mentioned in the form that u hv to post the form wr ur principal is working. .. but now problem is wr I hv to submit my ca final registration form ???????
