I have my CA final attempt in may 2015.With all the amendments going on in Companies Act i am really confused as to how to start my preparations for law. Kindly help regarding which books to refer.
Also if i start with allied law first is it that there are no changes in allied law for may attempt .

hi sir , I am doing my 2nd year articleship in Bangalore. from 23.07.14 I am not able continue my articleship due to financial problem. so now I want to take transfer to my home town , which is 260km away from Bangalore. on which basis I can take transfer . please suggest me sir.

Can anyone Please clear my doubts regarding articleship.
I have cleared my both the groups of IPCC in May 2014 attempt.i have already entered into agreement with my principal and application for articleship registration is yet to be sent to Institute...Now many other students are saying that I have to register for Ca Finals along with articleship within 45 days of declaring result..Now my question is which registration has to be done first??finals or articleship??or both applications have to be sent together in a Single Envelope?...plese answer me.....
