Dear Sir/Mam,i joined articleship in apirl 2013 and subsequently in july i joined degree and i did not submit for 112 , i have taken termination in old firm on april 2014 and now iam joining new firm now shall i submit form 112 whether it amount to delay of submission of form ? please help me out,thank you.

Whetther all the defaulting companies have to file that form(CLSS2014) to avail the fee concession?

Just defaulting campanies may directly file the annual return without filing CLSS 2014?
