10 October 2014 Dear Sir/Mam,i joined articleship in apirl 2013 and subsequently in july i joined degree and i did not submit for 112 , i have taken termination in old firm on april 2014 and now iam joining new firm now shall i submit form 112 whether it amount to delay of submission of form ? please help me out,thank you.

10 October 2014 yes it amounts to delay in submission. Kindly request for condonation for delay and pay the condonation fees.

10 October 2014 thank you so much sir,but is it compulsory
to submit ,deed of articles ,bank statement,diary,attendance register for delayed submission of 112?and how can i pay condonation fee?

10 October 2014 no. no need for these documents unless ICAI specifically ask for anything.

payment can be made with a demand draft in favor of secretary, ICAI

11 October 2014 you current principal can sign. submit a separate DD for the condonation fees.

16 October 2014 thank you sir ,i called icai hyderabad branch and asked same question they said that previous emplyer should sign ,now i am fed up and i want to discontinue regular degree and i want to join distance should i submit 112 even now ? please help me

16 October 2014 whatever the branch may say..the principal as on date of the Form 112, will sign the Form.
