Dear Sir,
I wish to clarify a doubt regarding Name change under CA 2013.
i.e.How long the company has to wait to hold EGM after getting the name approval for change of name from the date of notice issuing regarding name change?

No need to wait at all.
After getting name approval, simply hold a board meeting to take note of name approval given by ROC.
In this board meeting pass a resolution to call EGM u/s 101 by giving 21 days notice and pass necessary resolution.
