1.Is it possible to file the rectification after the Order Issued by CIT(Appeal) ? If yes
2.What is the time limit to file the rectification ?
3.whether it should be filed electronically or manually ?

4.Further is it possible to withdrawn the Appeal filed with CIT(Appeal) against the Order Issued U/s 143(3) ?
5.If yes what is the time limit to withdraw the appeal ?
6.Is it possible to file rectification against the order issued U/s 143(3) by Assessing Officer after the appeal is filed with CIT(Appeal) but before the order passed by CIT(Appeal)?
7.Is it possible to file rectification against the order issued U/s 143(3) with the A.O after the order passed by CIT(Appeal)?

Hello sir I am Kiran from Bangalore I would like to convert my registration (CA inter ) from cpt route to direct entry can you pls suggest me the procedure and rules for convertion.

I joined industrial training on 1st may for 11 months and taking leaves 90 days for exams and 15 days other regular holidays due to which my articleship extended for 45 days.
So i want to know that i can pursue my extended articleship in ca firm instead of industrial training company where i was registered for industrial training?

what will happen if i choose "discontinue CA course" option in 109 termination form. i got a job opportunity in abroad and would like to take the termination. can i able to complete the course after few years..?? what will be the consequences..??

I've completed approx. 1 year 7 Months Articleship in Bangalore.

Now I want to take transfer from Bangalore to Hyderabad.

1. Can I give reason as my Parents not feeling well(Undergoing some Operation)?
2. If Yes, Please let me know with in how many days I can Join in Hyderabad?
3. If not, Please give me some other reasons.
4. And also share the Letter "To get the consent/Approval of the Institute before getting Form 109 signed by the Principal"
5. Share the Mail ID/Postal Address to which I'm supposed to send the letter to get Approval

I had registered for ICWAI in 2009 at Kottayam Chapter under 2008 Syllabus. I completed oral coaching at chapter and got Oral Coaching Completion Certificate. After 1 attempt I dropped the course due to my personal reasons. I would like to complete the course now. I applied for revalidation Coaching on 04/06/2018 and was valid only upto Dec.2019 examination. Can any one guide me next step to appear in June 2020 inter exam. What may the Syllabus. Can I apply for Denovo or Apply for Revalidation. What may the fee? It will be helpful if I got a Step by step process.
